User Profile

What is a User Profile

This is your name, address, phone number and e-mail address information. As the owner, you can view what Archway Marketing has as your contact information and update it as needed. Your Password to this site is also part of your User Profile.


Updating your User Profile


1. From the Profile section of the menu bar, select User Profile.

2. Click on Update at the bottom of the page.

3. Change information as needed.

4. If you want to commit your changes, click on Update Profile at the bottom of the page

5. You will now see your updated information, if it is incorrect, click on Update and correct any errors, otherwise, click on Confirm Profile.

Changing Your Password


When you are logging into the web site for the first time (with the password provided to you from Archway Marketing), you will automatically be taken to your user profile screen so you can change your password and supply a control question response. The password maintenance fields are just below your name and address fields.


1. Click in the box for Old Password and type in the password you currently have.

2. Tab to the next field for New Password and type in the password you wish to have. Please note: It can be numbers or characters, case does not matter, and it can only be up to sixteen characters long.

3. Tab to the next field Confirm Password and type in the new password you selected one more time.

4. Tab to the next field Password Hint, here you can type in a short phrase or sentence to help remind you of your password (i.e. Password 'Fido', Password Hint: 'My Dog's Name'.

5. If this is the first time you are changing your password, you need to tab to the next field Control Question Response.

6. Type in your answer to the control question (What's your mother's maiden name.) The purpose of this response is so that if you forget your password and need to call Archway Marketing to have it reset, we can verify your identity prior to resetting the password.

7. Click on Update Profile at the bottom of the page

8. You will now see your updated information (except for the control question response or password values), click on Confirm Profile to be taken back to the home page.

Store Address Profile

Store List


This is the section that you will use to view and navigate to all of your current stores. They are listed in store number order. From this page, you can view and maintain a store's name, address and profiling information.


1. Click on Store List from the Profile section of the menu bar.

2. You will get a resulting list of all your current stores.

Store Search


This is the section that you will use to search for a particular store, or a range of stores (all stores in a zip code, address, city, or state). From this page, you can view and maintain a store's name, address and profiling information.


1. Click on Store Search from the menu bar.

2. Type in either the store number, Name, City, State Code (for example: CA, MI, IN) or Zip Code.

3. Click on Go.

4. You will get a resulting list of all your current stores that match the search criteria you entered.

View a Store's Address


1. Pull up the list of stores you wish to update (either by going through Store List or Store Search.

2. Determine the store you wish to view and click anywhere on the street address or city for that store.

  1. You will now see the name, address, city, state, zip code, phone numbers and e-mail address for this store.

Update a Store's Address


1. View your store's address (see instructions above on how to get to your store's address.)

2. Click on Update.

3. Update information as necessary.

4. Click on Confirm.

SystemOne Profile


View a SystemOne Profile


The national stores use this profile predominantly, but any active store is welcome to participate. This profile indicates the physical attributes of a store and gives general guidance to the type of promotional materials you desire. (Example: Exterior Decals vs. Exterior Clings for messaging.) By enrolling in this profiling system, your store will automatically get POP materials for each major module that comes out in a year.


1. Pull up the list of stores you wish to view (either by going through Store List or Store Search.

2. Determine the particular store you wish to view and click on the link that reads SystemOne.

3. This will pull up the current profile for this store.

Changing a Current SystemOne Profile


1. Display the profile as explain in the 'View a profile' section.SystemOne

2. Change the information as needed.

3. Click on Update profile.

4. The page that displays will show the changes that were made and the terms of agreement verbiage.

  1. Make sure the radio button is set to Accept

  2. Click on Confirm to save changes.


Enrolling a Store in Current Year's SystemOne Profile


1. Pull up the list of stores you wish to update (either by going through Store List or Store Search.

2. Determine the store you wish to enroll and click on the link that reads SystemOne.

3. You will see a blank Profile.

4. Fill in the information about the store.

5. Click on the button indicating Enroll in Current Year

  1. The page that displays will show the changes that were made and the terms of agreement verbiage.

  2. Make sure the radio button is set to Accept

  3. Click on Confirm to save changes

Enrolling a Store in Next Year's SystemOne Profile


9. Pull up the list of stores you wish to update (either by going through Store List or Store Search.

10. Determine the store you wish to enroll and click on the link that reads SystemOne.

11. You will see a your current profile (or a blank, if you are not currently enrolled)

12. Fill in the information about the store.

13. Click on the button indicating either Update Profile or Enroll in Current Year

  1. The page that displays will show the changes that were made and the terms of agreement verbiage.

  2. Click on the button that says Next Year Profile

  3. Review information and click on Enroll Next Year

  4. The page that displays will show the changes that were made and the terms of agreement verbiage.

  5. Make sure the radio button is set to Accept

  6. Click on Confirm to save changes

One Step Profile


View a Store's One Step Profile


The express stores use this profile predominantly, but any active store is welcome to participate. This profile indicates the level of participation and items the store wants for the year. This profile changes annually and must be re-established each year.


1. Pull up the list of stores you wish to view (either by going through Store List or Store Search.

2. Determine the particular store you wish to view and click on the link that reads One Step.

3. This will pull up the current profile for this store.

2. Change the information as needed.

3. Click on Update profile.

Document Library and National Road Maps are offered on the site. The current Module, and the three prior modules are available.


  1. Click on Document Library on the horizontal menu.

  2. Locate the Module you wish to review.

  3. Click on the link that reads M# Update.

  4. Note: You will need adobe acrobat reader on your PC in order to view these documents.

  1. Click on Merchandising Update on the horizontal menu.

  2. Locate the Module you wish to review.

  3. Click on the link that reads either M# Exterior or M#Interior-Drive Thru. (Depending on which roadmap you wish to review)
